Fastrax Motorsports provides services for sleds,
quads, and dirt bikes. We are unlimited in our
capabilities and are always thrilled to take on
a challenging job.
We
are equipped to work on both 4 stroke and 2
stroke motors from stock to full mod. Including
full 4 stroke head work (valves, guides, seat
cutting etc.) and ATV/motorcycle transmission
repairs. We offer 2 stroke porting for twins and
triples. We offer in house carburetor boring
and will be using a flow bench for further
carburetor development.
While snowmobile chassis fabrication and
performance work are our passion, Fastrax is a
full service shop; we are happy to take care of
all the basic service needs of our customers.
From repairs due to collision with a stump to
swapping a track or just a simple fall tune up
for the season. We do it all.
Custom fabrication is what Fastrax built it's
reputation on. We are not just part installers.
We can fabricate anything from a simple custom
exhaust hanger for your hot rod quad to complete
chrome-moly tube chassis snowmobiles and
anything in between. We are fully equipped for
this kind of work and love doing it.
We
fit exhaust pipes for both sleds and quads. We
also fabricate custom aluminum tanks/ custom
swing arm stretches/custom handlebars/ a-arm
suspensions / custom bulkheads etc...
Our
shop is fully equipped to rebuild your shocks -
Fox, Ryde FX, ACT, HPG, Walker Evans, and many
more. Shock services include rebuilds, re-valving
and custom suspension spring packages including
titanium.
We
are fully equipped to rebuild your snowmobile
clutch; ALL brands and all phases of repair. We
provide race prepping of clutches for custom
applications.
We
are in the process of developing our own line of
snowmobile parts to include tunnels, spindles,
M-10 billet arms, rail extensions, throttle
blocks, billet NOS switches and much more.
We
are aggressively marketing the chrome-moly tube
chassis as the lightest & strongest sled we
produce. The list of benefits with this chassis
is very long. This chassis and suspension are
second to none. Fit and finish is beautiful. It
is jig built and TIG welded for repeatable
accuracy and extraordinary strength. This
chassis has been developed over the last 3 years
and is ready to tear up the snow.
Fastrax will be the chassis and parts
fabricating shop for the Fantom rotary motors.
We will be building the intercoolers, exhaust,
turbo airbox and many other parts for that
project. Fastrax will also be the installation
headquarters for the Fantom motors. Fastrax is
in the development stage of a new tube chassis
specifically for the Fantom rotary to compliment
the aggressive power curve of this beast.
